Completed car wash services are generally nonrefundable. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact our team so we can review your concern.

Membership cancellation stops future recurring charges in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Membership fees already charged are generally nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law or approved by Mister Foamy's Car Wash.

If you have concerns about the quality of your wash or believe your vehicle was damaged during service, please notify our team promptly so we can review the matter.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider's procedures.
